Spring and a New Baby

Well my daughter is a month old, we change the clocks back next week, and Spring is just around the corner. With the new addition to the family I feel almost a new sense of strength. Things have been a little tough trying to get into a new routine and even though I have been tired I just feel a lot better about things.

Also, since last summer I have lost 15 pounds or more. I feel great and with Spring coming and the new baby, it sparks new ideas of things we can all do as a family. There are summer projects, fun day trips, and birthdays all in the next few months. I will exercise my new camera and show off a little bit.

My goals for the summer:

1. Lose an additional 7-10 pounds finally bringing me to my ideal weight where I was once 45 pounds on the plus side of ideal.

2. Get my fence finally painted (both sides).

3. Put a second coat of paint on the house.

4. Get my 4th child potty trained.

5. Take the kids on a picnic to Bar Harbor.

6. Take the kids hiking and swimming more often.

7. Plant some gardens around the house.

8. Take the kids fishing at least a half dozen times.

… and I am sure I could go on and on.
